At the opening of the inaugural Shanghai International Low-Altitude Economy Expo, AvioNova (a subsidiary of AVIAGE SYSTEMS) and VERTAXI officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum to support the development of VERTAXI's M1 manned eVTOL program.

Under this agreement, AvioNova will deliver advanced cockpit display and control solutions tailored for the M1 aircraft. The partnership aims to fast-track the aircraft's airworthiness certification and support its future commercial launch with robust and reliable avionics systems.
