
Brief Description:
- The Facility Engineer will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs and compliance requirements across the department, manage issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in planning, and contribute to business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office facilities operations to ensure office runs smoothly.
- Supervise outsourced facility services/vendors daily work.
- Record in vendor’s capability and performance. Supervise vendors and suppliers to continuously improve their service quality.
- Supervise Lab/Manufacture/MRO facility operation, equipment maintenance, trouble shooting.
- Focus on energy capacity analysis, space planning, energy saving program.
- Responsible for project registration, construction, acceptance permits process.
- Responsible for related annual government permit/license renews.
- Conotrol operation and project budget per operation and project plan.
- Complete Systems and Equipment Operation and Maintenance SOP, Procedure, Check list, schedule and all other necessary documents, ensuring its lifecycle management and cost-effective upgrades.
- Coordinate and supervise facility project, lab setup and manufacture setup to meet company needs.
- Support and execute project T&C and hand over process and checklist.
- Support AS9100 facility certification audits, ensure facility procedure comply to SOP.
- Leadspace planningand workplace efficiency projects (e.g., lab layouts, workshop optimization).
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Major in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years’ solid track records with strong facility operation experience/project execution. experience, preferred in a large scale MNC. Experience in large manufacture or R&D is a must.
- 5+ years’ working experience as facility operation/project engineer is a must.
- Familiar with local facility operation/project government law and regulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and read English.
