Brief Description:

• The Manufacturing Engineer owns end‑to‑end manufacturing technical support for product production. This role is responsible for fixture and process design, on‑site line troubleshooting, documentation governance, production efficiency improvement, and equipment maintenance management. The role collaborates with production teams across the full manufacturing lifecycle to deliver stable manufacturing output.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assembly, disassembly and functional testing to identify assembly defects and process‑related issues
• Develop, update and revise assembly work instructions and manufacturing documentation in accordance with internal requirements
• Provide technical support for prototype build and product qualification activities
• Maintain standardized and compliant workshop environment; manage on‑site equipment, machinery, raw materials and production tooling
• Manage production cycle time, design process flowcharts and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs
• Develop production schedules and dynamically adjust plans in response to engineering and production changes
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and complete routine equipment checklists
• Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications Required:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or other relevant engineering disciplines
• Minimum 5‑year working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including documentation, data analysis and report generation
• English reading and writing, including reviewing and drafting technical documents

Qualifications Desired:

• Hands‑on experience with mechanical CAD / SolidWorks
• Familiar with industry ESD management standards and workshop anti‑static requirements
• Practical knowledge about lean‑manufacturing principles and continuous‑improvement methodologies
