Brief Description:

  • This role is responsible for coordinating product delivery schedules and providing efficient after-sales support for AAM products, including managing customer requests, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The position also supports production and purchasing planning, monitors demand trends, and works closely with other departments to meet customer needs. Ensure standardization and traceability throughout the service process to comply with CAAC civil aviation regulations and the company’s QMS (AS9100).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet customer needs, including airworthiness compliance support, technical consultation, product operation guidance, fault handling, spare parts supply, and continuous airworthiness services.
  • Manage after-sales service: receive and document customer feedback on product issues, oversee fault analysis and resolution, and ensure timely closure of problems.
  • Implement the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Translate customer orders and forecasts into production and purchasing plans based on capacity analysis.
  • Monitor and adjust capacity levels to meet manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
  • Track material purchase orders and ensure timely execution based on supply/demand.
  • Analyze production status and identify improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle projects independently with integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and ERP systems for planning processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications Desired:

  • Experience in scheduling or planning roles.
  • Knowledge of civil aircraft flight control and avionics products; familiarity with CAAC regulations (CCAR-145).
  • Proficiency in English for handling customer inquiries and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
