Brief Description:

• This role will be responsible for FCC system and product development, as well as taking part in integration and verification to support product delivery. In this role, you are expected to define and execute work assignments as well as good collaboration with others in execution. You will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and have the ability to effect short-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to FCC system and product development, could take some tasks to ensure the whole project success
• Independently recommend approaches to meet the technical and program requirements in certain function area
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of plans to achieve technical objectives, scheduling, and contract commitments
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
• Participate in team, responsible for the system/product integration, qualification test and verification of assigned projects, include test in lab and customer onsite
• Develop test case and test procedure for system/product integration and verification by following work instruction
• Coordinated with internal and external stakeholder for issue trouble-shooting
• Generate integration report and problem report
• Complete other tasks assigned by Manager on time with good quality, demonstrate accountability in daily work

Qualifications Required:

• Possess Bachelor or Master of Science in control system, auto- control, computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on the development of test case, test procedure and test script based on system or product level requirement
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on the integration test process, include test environment check, test execution, and test result analysis
• Experience on the issue debugging and resolving test problems independently
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on flight control system/auto-pilot/IMA system
• Has SW Experience on the test script development with Python, or C/C++
• Be able to generate SW dummy independently or under the certain guidance
• Familiarity with the avionic bus protocol, i.e. ARINC664, ARINC429, ARINC825, RS422, CAN, etc

Qualifications Desired:

• Experience in flight control system or autopilot system or IMA system etc.Experience on product certification or SW certification or product integration or verificationExperience on the aircraft system/product develop and testFamiliar with the related industry standards, i.e. DO160G, DO178, DO254, ARP4754, etc.Good understanding of operating system principles, experiences in real-time operating system performance evaluation, including CPU/ memory usage, resource allocation analysis and etc.Good English communication skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsAbility to work in a cross-functional, global environment
