Brief Description:

  • The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of electronic components, materials and finished goods. This role will maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety and quality standards, and support seamless logistics processes in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of electronic components, raw materials, mechanical parts and finished goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations while ensuring proper handling of ESD-sensitive materials.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently for production lines or customer shipments.
  • Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations to maintain data accuracy in the ERP System.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to ESD, MSD and company safety protocols.
  • Assist in managing returns, defective items, and obsolete stock following established procedures.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on inventory levels, shipments, and discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications Required:

  • College diploma or equivalent; certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a warehouse associate, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with handling ESD-sensitive components and knowledge of static-safe packaging practices.
  • Proficiency in using WMS, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and MS Office.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles and quality standards.

Qualifications Desired:

  • Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 standards, lean manufacturing, or 5S methodology.
  • Experience with barcode/RFID systems and electronic tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of ATA300 and ATA2000.
