Brief Description:

• We are a joint venture company specializing in avionics. Committed to driving technological innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence, we are seeking a proactive and experienced AI Project Leader to spearhead the implementation of artificial intelligence technology within the organization. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing efficiency across multiple business areas, leveraging AI to unlock new opportunities and optimize existing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Establish Al processes, products, and solutions.
• Design and drive company intelligent transformation strategy.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects aimed at improving operational efficiency across various departments. Identify and explore potential AI application opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding their business needs, and translating them into feasible AI solutions.
• Deploy internal AI models and conduct model fine-tuning to ensure they meet specific business requirements and performance standards.
• Manage the full AI project lifecycle, including project scoping, resource allocation, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Work as key technical person with other IT members and business departments to implement Al applications, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices, including computing power, foundational large models, model management, intelligent agent platforms, and Al applications across various domains, and evaluate their applicability to the company’s business objectives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, conduct post-implementation reviews, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions follow proper data quality, security, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or software development, including 1-3 years of hands-on work in AI/ML solution delivery or data-driven projects, with proven experience leading and implementing AI initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Basic technical skills in AI model deployment and fine-tuning (familiarity with common AI frameworks and tools is preferred).
• Solid project management skills, including experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to identify and address business challenges through AI.
• Familiarity with the avionics industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG-based solutions is a plus.
