Brief Description:

• In this role you will be responsible for onsite and remote technical assistance for software within the Avionics Computing and Graphic platform for Advanced Air Mobility business, you are expected to provide software installation, setup and troubleshooting services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site or remote technical assistance for product installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to product functionality, integration, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop good relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and objectives.
• Act as a technical advisor, guiding customers in maximizing the value of our avionics products.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement and process improvement.
• Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded software support, technical consulting, or client-facing engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python.
• Hands-on experience with build systems, including Makefile creation, modification, and debugging.

Qualifications Desired:

• Experience with Avionics Computing and Graphic with partitioned operating environments.
• MultiCore CPU based on ARM architecture development experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of DO-178B/C, DO-297, ARP4754 certification standards, SOI-1 to SOI-4 experience is a plus.
• Experience with ARINC 653, ARINC 664, ARINC 429, ARINC 615A and other industry standards.
• Experience with avionics software requirement and interface definition and management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
