Brief Description:

• § The MRO maintenance engineer ensures Job card/repair process completion which used for repair work for avionics component independently to meet acceptable data and regulations.
• § Reports to repair station manager, compliance to applicable regulatory, company standards and procedures.
• § As an OEM MRO maintenance engineer, Responsible for Tech Pub (CMM/SB etc.) write.

Responsibilities:

• Accomplish the MRO annual Research and Development planning.Ensure MRO capability review process and evaluation.Make sure acceptable data are available and serviceable.Audit and change Job Cards and updating of related technical data as needed.Responsible for evaluating AD and technical revision in acceptable data (CMM, SB, AD, etc. As applicable) and organizing to create Job Cards in accordance with acceptable data (CMM, SB, AD, etc.)AD evaluation process for applicability of relevant FAA & CAAC AD notes.Determine that all acceptable technical data on all articles to be overhauled, modified, repaired, or tested are secured and kept current with the latest revisions.Conduct periodical check on the current of applicable technical data and AD notes.Control and distribute the acceptable data, and related technical documents, Technical standards，and Reference manuals.Review CMM, SB, and AD as applicable and write the relevant Job Card in bilingual format for the maintenance, preventive maintenance & alteration of component within the capability list in accordance with acceptable data.As an OEM MRO maintenance engineer, Responsible for Tech Pub (AMM/AIPC/CMM/SB etc.) write\review and verify.Other duties assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in electronics related.Have at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of similar aircraft components, including at least 2 years of engineering and technical work;Holding CCAR-66, Civil Aircraft Maintenance License with English level of 4.Be familiar with the requirements of the CAAC/FAA/EASA Part-145 regulations regarding the civil aircraft maintenance management.Familiar with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, chemical, equipment, and tools used to perform the maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations.Master the repair capability set up.Master the related technical data, e.g. CMM, SB, AD, Aircraft manuals like AMM/AIPC/FIM/SSM/WDM etc..Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Qualifications Desired:

• Strong process orientation and Strong English oral and written communication skills.Has repair experience for avionic component.
