Brief Description:

• This role will take software engineer responsibility for flight control system and computer development, implementation , interface and integration, etc. independently against the product contract and certification. In this role, you are expected to be involved into the flight control system strategy and architecture design, and leading to define and execute software work for different level of the product, finally to ensure the contract delivery and certification supporting of OEM . You will utilize your experience or expertise to provide opinions, solve problems, develop and execute objectives to have the ability to effect short-term business goals and improve team capability as long-term goal.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the product software requirement capture, software architecture design, software implementation and verification, and certification related
• Coordinated with internal and external stakeholder for requirement capture and project schedule
• Be involved into the system/product requirement capture, architecture design, product implementation and verification, certification of assigned projects
• Independently recommend approaches to meet the technical and program requirements
• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program experts
• Capability in the formulation and implementation to achieve technical objectives, scheduling, and contract commitments
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
• Capability to create work instructions for team improvement
• Complete other tasks assigned by Manager on time with good quality, demonstrate accountability in daily work

Qualifications Required:

• Possess Bachelor or Master of Science in flight control, auto- control, automobile ,computer science, Electronics Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ experience on the development of flight control system or flight control law software
• product level work in requirement capture, system architecture design, software architecture, etc.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on team leader role or vertical team leader role , include project delivery or software delivery
• Experience on the issue debugging and resolving independently
• SW experience on MATLAB
• Good understanding of operating system principles, experiences in real-time operating system performance
• Good teamwork in a cross-functional

Qualifications Desired:

• Experience in flight control system, flight control law, autopilot, etc.Experience in product certification or SW certification Practice experience on the aircraft system/product Familiar with the industry standards, i.e. DO160G, DO178, DO254, ARP4754, etc. Familiarity with the MBSE, MBDBe familiar with RTOSGood English communication skills
