Brief Description:

• This role reports to Quality Leader mainly to carry out product quality plan and control activities for both internal functions and external suppliers, to provide quality assurance for both Airliner and AAM programs in compliance with applicable requirements of Regulatory Authorities (CAAC /EASA/FAA), Industrial Standards (ISO9001/AS9100, AS9110, AS9120) and Customers/Companies, and to support QMS on quality fundamental activities and resource control processes.
• This role will utilize the experience and knowledge to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and the team, and have the ability to affect short-term and mid-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality assurance of specific program/product line as assigned, including customer requirements breakdown and flow down, quality assurance plan preparation and implementation, risk identification, analysis and control for program/product tollgate review on quality issues, product on-quality delivery insurance, and quality metrics calculation and presentation.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining QA/QC process to support QMS operation and improvement in compliance with applicable requirements of regulatory authorities, industrial standards and customers/companies, as well as quality related process improvement, as needed, e.g., project quality assurance, configuration management, standardization, etc.
• Responsible for internal functions and external supplier quality management, including periodic internal/external audit, following up corrective actions till closed, initiating preventative action, supplier capability evaluation/assessment, supplier quality performance monitoring, supplier audit/surveillance and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing quality control plan on products and components based on customer and engineering requirements with good command of APQP, SPC, MSA and other quality tools.
• Responsible for perform incoming, processing and outgoing of both FAI and routine quality inspection work on product and components with common measuring equipment (caliper, height gauges, bore gauges, etc.) for inspection.
• Responsible for disposing nonconformities and exercising quality duty in MRB, when necessary, in the process of QC inspection work and independently analyze, investigate and resolve problems.
• Responsible for developing OJT plan and implanting OJT training to QC inspectors, and in charge of field daily management works to enable QC activities.
• All other tasks reasonably assigned by the organization.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree, prefer in mechanical, electronics or industrial engineering related engineering.
• Minimum 3 years quality assurance and inspection experience in aviation or manufacturing industry, familiar with mechanical and electronic products/components quality management, familiar with related aviation industrial and airworthiness requirement.

• Strong process orientation during working and problem solving
• English oral and written communication skills is required
• Master computer office tools including Word, Excel, Power point etc.

Qualifications Desired:

• · AS9100 Internal auditor or other quality certificate is preferred.
• MRO or distributor of aviation industry experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality detail process or quality related expertise domain is preferred, e.g., configuration management, product safety management, reliability engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, standardization, measurement tool management and calibration.
• Proficient in using the suitable types of inspection equipment and tools, and visual inspection aids appropriate for the products/components being inspected.
• Knowledge or experience in aviation of industry and regulations.
• Strong skills on quantitative analysis, diagram/chart presentation and project management.
