Brief Description:

• The Operations Specialist will spend one year learning and working in functional teams with accelerated capability development to meet the challenges facing the operations. These rotations or assignments are designed to offer hands-on knowledge of what are involved in each specific process. The primary goal is to ensure the efficient and seamless flow of operations procedures meeting customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing operational effectiveness

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient assignment operations with a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain the operations practices that support the program targets. Monitor output quality and operations to meet customer expectations.
• Fully engaged in an environment where all are expected to be active members of the team – involved in the business. Recognize and celebrate successes. Support people to be better than they thought possible.
• Identify problems or bottlenecks in processes and resolve issues; propose and then prepare resources (including materials, equipment, and human resources) as approved and implement the solution to maintain schedules.
• Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Create relationships with all team members.
• Anticipate and determine causes of issues in Operations and take appropriate actions to meet targets
• Participate and complete at least three projects or rotations

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Fresh graduate with Internship or existing employee graduated within the past 2 years.

Qualifications Desired:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software, forecasting tools)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs clearance is a plus
