
Brief Description:
- The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping a company’s brand, driving customer engagement, and boosting revenue. It is a strategic role that connects company products with its market, ensuring it resonates with the right customers and drives business growth through driving market strategies and lead product commercialization efforts based on in-depth market analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights and deliver timely market intelligence reports.
- Build Market Requirements Document (MRD) that prioritizes customer segments and business opportunities.Quantify and prioritize market opportunities and build alignment with respective business units. Provide executive stakeholders with competitive intelligence and strategic recommendations.Drive the development of the commercial launch and product go-to-market strategies, coordinate and facilitate plans for introduction of new products.Define brand (naming & trademarks), value proposition(s), and competitive positioning claims roadmap for new and existing products.· Support the develop and implement of marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Coordinating development of marketing assets and product sales toolkit.Partner with business units to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and support customer meetings and industry forums. Ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned by leaders
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial or Business Management from an accredited college or university.5+ years in product marketing or market research/analysis roles in aviation or adjacency industry.A lead-by-influence practitioner with demonstrated virtual leadership skills and proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams, including Engineering, Product Development, Operations and etc.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with excellent written and verbal communication in both mandarin and English.Approachable and cheerful personality with strong social skillsProven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Willingness and ability for frequent business travel
Qualifications Desired:
- A business man/woman who understands aerospace electronics market trends, business models; is comfortable with product positioning, go-to-market plan, value pricing, product/technology roadmap, competitive strategy, new product launch, financial analysis (income, cash flow), and business valuation.
- A lead-by-influence practitioner who is good at driving cross-functional project teams to meet demanding cost/schedule/scope objectives.
- Strong analytical and process skills.Mastery in crafting investor-grade PowerPoint decks, demonstrating advanced visual storytelling and data visualization techniques.Ability to effectively communicate and present complex issues to multi-level audience, including senior management and customers.
