Brief Description:

• The Quality Manager will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the quality function. In this role, you will manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors and auditors to solve problems, develop and execute objectives and have the ability to affect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and responsible for company overall quality management systems to meet regulatory requirements and industrial standards.Lead and develop quality team to deploy product assurance policy and quality plan to ensure product assurance requirements, Aircraft Safety and Customer satisfaction in terms of quality excellenceEnsure all processes delivering outstanding quality in our products and services.Address internal and external quality concerns/issues in timely manner and transparent methodology to enable compliancy culture within and around the companyDeploy risk control and prevention mindset and quality first awareness throughout the organization Proactively use data and adopt cutting edge tools to conduct root cause analysis and drive process improvement relentlesslyWork collaboratively with management staff to develop, initiate, and monitor strategic initiatives throughout the organization.

Qualifications Required:

• Highest level of integrity, honesty, and credibility.Bachelor’s degree in engineering10+ years of diversified operational and quality experience in aviation industrySolid people leading experienceExperience in establishing Quality Management SystemsKnowledge in aviation industrial standards, rules and regulations including CAAC, EASA and FAA especially Part 21;

Qualifications Desired:

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Outstanding business communication skills (written/verbal).
• Black belt certified with rich project experience
• A lead-by-influence practitioner who is good at driving cross-functional project teams to meet objectives.
• Strong executive presence.
